Admission Course

 

 

Requirements

If the potential student does not meet the requirements of the Engineering College of Aarhus, it is possible to take an Admission Course. The Admission Course is a full-time education prescribed as 2040 working hours and takes either 1 or 1.5 years.

Examination
All subjects are completed with an examination: There is one oral and two written tests in Mathematics, one written and one oral test in Dansih and one written test in each of the subjects Physics and Chemistry, and one oral test in each of the subjects German and English(a total of 9 tests).

Marks
Marks are awarded according to the 7 point grading scale extending from -3 to 12. In order to pass the Admission Course Examination, the average mark of the 9 tests must be at least 02/E (without rounding off).
On passing the Admission Course, the student is entitled to enrolment at an engineering course.
