Confidentiality

When one or more students are working on a bachelor thesis in cooperation with a company, we devise an agreement with a description of what is agreed-upon concerning the accomplishment of the task.

We emphasize that conditions such as confidentiality and copyright are agreed-upon and that these agreements are made before the implementation of the project.

The company can claim that the project will be handled with confidentiality. This implies that, without the written approval of the company, the thesis may not be given to other than the administration of the Engineering College of Aarhus, the counselor and examiner.

The company can also make demands that some information, which the students will have access to during their work with the project, will be treated with confidentiality.
