Forwarding mails in Outlook

 

This service is only available to students started prior to summer 2009. All other students must forward ther IHA-mail to an address of their choice. Se the Mail forward guide for more information.

 

If you want to gather all your mails in one mailbox you can forward mails from the school by an Outlook rule. The following describes how you set it up:

 

1:

In Outlook click "Tools", "Rules and Alerts".

 

2:

Click "New Rule"

 

 

 

3:

Check "Start from a blank rule" and click "Next"

 

4:

Click "Next" without checking anything in this window, and accept the warning about the rule being run on all messages.

 

5:

Check "Redirect to people or distributiongroup" and click on the blue text in the bottom field.

 

6:

Type the email address you want all mail forwarded to in the "To" field and click "OK"

 

7:

If you don't wish to save a copy of the mail at IHA, check "Delete It". Otherwise click "Next".

 

8:

Click "Next" at the window with exeptions and click "Finish" at the last window where you can name the rule.
