Compulsory Courses

The compulsory courses during the first two years of study constitute the mathematical, physical and technical basis for the specialization part. The theories of the compulsory courses give the student a solid, up-to-date education based on basic scientific knowledge.

Semester 1

Programming, Mathematics, Digital Systems, Electronics

Semester 2

Programmering, Data-Communication, Micro-processors, Signal Processing

Semester 3

Programmering, Embedded Systems, Micro-processors, Signal Processing

Semester 4

Java-programming, Databases, Signal-processors, Signal Processing

Semesterprojects

In each semester the theory from courses are combined to execute a more comprehensive project from industry (called a semesterproject). The project is conducted as group work with 5 to 6 students participating, each group with its own equipped group room. In the later parts of the study group sizes are reduced to 2 or 3 students.
