Get previous version of document
If you accidentally make unwanted changes in a file, it is possible to repair the damages.
Our file server uses Shadow Copy, which means that a copy of the changes made on the drive is made every day at 7 a.m. and at noon.
It is therefore possible to get a version of the file, as it was, at that specific moment, if it has been changed in the period prior to 7 am or noon.
There is only reserved a limited amount of space on the disks for previous versions. Therefore, you cannot expect to find versions that are several weeks old.
Note!
It's important to emphasize that it's only possible to return to one of these two points in time. If a file has changes at 5, 9, 10, 11 and 13.30 and you at 14.00 realize something's wrong, it's only possible to return to how the file was at 7.00 and 12.00. If you deleted all the content at 11.00 theres no other option than to return to the first version; the changes at 9 and 10.00 is lost.

2:It is now possible to see the folder at a certain point in time. Click "Open" to view the content of the folder |
![]() |

You can now copy the files to another location.
