IT for new students

As a student or employee at IHA, you can:

• use the schools IT-services on your own laptop or your workstation at home
• access and work on your IHA network drives at home as well as at IHA
• print on the schools network printers, use the schools wireless network, get access to relevant applications etc.

Activate your account as a new student/employee

To get access to the schools network and applications, you need to activate your account as described in the letter, which you have received shortly before the start of you study.

After activation, your laptop needs to be configured correctly as described below.

Connecting to a printer

If you wish to print on the schools' printers from your laptop, follow the instructions below:

• Install a IHA printer on your laptop
• Install the applications you need for the lectures
