Where to find your head of studies/degree program coordinator?

Studies office
You will find the studies office at Katrinebjerg in room 104 (Edison). The office is open for personal application every weekday from 8-13. Here you can get information on teaching and exam enrollments, course locations and much more. If we not able to help you, we can refer you to someone who can. You are welcome to send an email or call Maria Fredberg Nikolajsen, secretary for EIT and healthcare/biomedical engineering (mfn@iha.dk, 4189 3303) or Pernille Christiansen (pch@iha.dk, 4189 3073), secretary for technical IT. Mon-Thurs 8-15.30, Fri 8-15.00.
 
Student counseling
Next to the studies office, you will find student counselor Anne-Mette Mikkelsen, in room 101A. Here you are always welcome to stop by if you have any questions about your studies or if there is anything else you need to talk about.
 
You will also find two academic counselors at Katrinebjerg:

International Officer
Tuesdays from 12.15-15.30 you will find international officer Merete Christensen in the Studies Office, room 104 (Edison).
 
Classrooms and laboratories
Approx. 10 days before the semester starts, the Campus net calendar will be updated with the courses you are taking in the spring semester. You will notice the new room numbers in the calendar, and these rooms are all situated at Katrinebjerg in one of the following buildings: Kahn, Shannon, Nygaard or Edison.

Library
You can find the library at Katrinebjerg in the Nygaard building, Finlandsgade 21 – diagonally opposite the Edison building.
 
IT-helpdesk
You can still contact IT-helpdesk at helpdesk@iha.dk or call 4189 3300. You can find IT-helpdesk at Katrinebjerg in room 121 (Edison). Normally, IT-helpdesk will be open from 08.15-15.15.
 
Access to the buildings outside the normal opening hours
You will have an admission card from Aarhus University, which you can use to access the buildings outside the opening hours. You will receive an email from the studies office at Katrinebjerg, when your card is ready and you will need to pick it up at the studies office. We hope that the admission cards will be ready when the semester starts.
 
Student lockers
Within the Edison buildings, there are 320 student lockers for general use. You just need to bring your own padlock.
 
Printers
You can see at the website (www.iha.dk/it), where printers are located at Katrinebjerg.
 
Canteen and kitchenette
At Katrinebjerg, you will find two canteens. The large canteen in building 5520, Åbogade 15, Incuba Science Park, and a smaller canteen in the Nygaard building, Finlandsgade 21.
You can find kitchenettes on every floor in the Edison building.
 
Student bar
You can find the student bar in the basement of the Edison building. The website is not yet available.
