Engineers without borders
Ingeniører uden grænser (Engineers Without Borders) is a technical humanitarian organisation which through the vision "a life after survival", aims to restore life saving services for people in need. They work in disaster-affected areas to ensure access to safe drinking water, proper sanitation and emergency shelter, as quickly as possible.
Eight engineering students from the Engineering College of Aarhus have started a division of this organisation in Aarhus. They arrange amongst others lectures and post-workday meetings for the school's other students.
For more information on Engineers without borders see their website http://www.iug.dk or write to the division at the Engineering College of Aarhus at iha@iug.dk.
