Open Outlook and go to the left corner and click on "File" then go down and click on "Options".

 

 

 

2:

Scroll down and click on "Mail" in the next box.

 

 

 

 

3:

Click on the "Signatures" under "Create or modify signatures for messages"

 

 

4:

Then a new window opens, where you can make your signature for your email.
