Payment and print balance

Students have to pay for their use of the schools' printers.

As a student, you get a print-account which is attached to your user name. You are not able to print if there is no credit on your print-acount. New students get 10 DKK on their print-account automatically, when they are activated as users.

Unused credit can be withdrawn from the technical bookshop at IHA, but it must be done before you graduate/leave the school. Amounts less than 10 DKK are not refunded.

Balance on print-account

If you want to check the balance of your print-account while logged on to one of the schools machines, you can hold your mouse over the €-symbol in the system tray (in the right corner of the screen).

The balance can also be found on the Self-service portal.
