Participation Fees
To participate in the Wind Turbine Technology Summer School 2012, you are required to pay a fee covering food and accommodation and possibly a tuition fee. The participation fee will depend on which of the following four categories you belong to:

A room shared with 1-3 other participants from Sunday 5 August to Friday 17 August.
Transportation by bus between the course site and the companies/places that will be visited.
**) Requires preapproval from your home institution documenting that the 5 ECTS summer school course can be included in your study program.

Visa
If you are a non-EU citizen, you might need a visa to enter Denmark. Please contact the Danish Embassy in your home country to clarify what to do in your case. If you need a visa, we will of course be helpful with sending you a letter of invitation or any other documentation that you will need in this context. Please pay close attention to deadlines and the fact that the processing time at the embassies can be rather long.
