Practical Information

The actual task for the bachelor project is set by the company. The final problem statement is often completed in a cooperation between the company, the counsellor and the student(s). 

Bachelor projects are typically devised in groups of 2-3 students and are conducted in the 7th semester, which either goes from the end of January to the end of June or from mid-August to mid-December.

Every group will be affiliated to a teacher or possibly an engineer from the company who has provided the suggestion for the project. When the subject is approved, the group completes the final problem statement, which has to be approved within a certain time span. 

The problem statement comprises the foundation for the project and is therefore also the basis for the final judgement. 

Time span

The bachelor project, which is conducted in the spring semester has to be outlined mid-November the previous year. Bachelor projects which are conducted in the fall semester have to be outlined mid-May in the previous semester.
