Share Outlook calender
Below you will find a guide on how to share your calender with others. You have to share your calender with other employees, so that they can read your calender (not write in it). You have the option to mark appointments as private, so that others can't see what they are about.
1:
Start Outlook, open the calender and click "Calendar Permissions":

Click "Add" and choose the group "Alle ansatte". Assign this group the permission level "Reviewer". This will result in your coworkers being able to see your calender and see if you're available. They can send you appointment requests which will show up in your calender right away as tentative. They can't create appointments in your calender, just see if you already have appointments at a specific point in time. The appointments still have to be accepted by you.

Click "OK" and your calender is shared.
If you want to create an appointment in the calender that you don't want others to see, you can check "Private":

When your employees look at this appointment it will just be shown as a private appointment:
