Strategy

 The Engineering College’s strategic aim is to:

• make sure that students are professional and independent.
• cooperate with business life on engineering traineeship and industry-related development in order to strengthen our education and promote technological development.
• give Bachelor engineers optimal possibilities for further education in the region and in the local area.
• develop the international orientation of educational programs.
• promote interdisciplinary cooperation in engineering studies and entrepreneurship
• strengthen and expand the cooperation between  management, employees and students
• ensure that the Engineering College is an attractive workplace which can attract and maintain competent employees

The strategy holds an ambitious growth strategy, which besides organic growth also works with significant growth through cooperation in partnerships, strategic alliances and joint ventures within careful selected areas.
