Terms of payment of tuition fee - International Programmes

 

 

 

 

All tuition fees and deposits have to be paid in EUR.
 

The student must pay all Banking Fees:
- Bank transfer to the Engineering College of Aarhus

- Change of local currency into EUR

Refund Policy:

1. The tuition fee deposit is only refundable in cases of:
    - Payment of tuition fee covering the 1st semester

    - If your residence permit application to Denmark is refused by the Danish

     authorities 

 2. The tuition fee is non-refundable and must be paid by 1 August/1 January.

 

Please note:

No refunds of fees or deposit will be given for whatever reason to students who have been suspended for disciplinary reasons or students who have failed their exams.

Students with outstanding financial obligations to the Engineering College of Aarhus will not receive marks, transcripts of records or other documents until their accounts have been settled.
